PROCESSING

Beside the farming activities, Palmex Farm has its own processing factory. This plant is accredited by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and USDA, also working under the norms HACCP.

Thanks to this processing factory, all the products we market are from our ducks. Even cooked meat. The most famous products are Foie Gras "Torchon style", rillettes, patés, and duck proscuitto.
